If you want your fitness to go up, you need to get help from a fitness expert. Look for someone who is experienced and has a lot of advice. They will also be able to work with you to develop a fitness plan that works for you.

Make sure you listen to what they have to say and remember that a serious workout will work out your mind as well as your body. Remember that it’s a big jump and there are a lot of things you will need to change if you don’t want to end up back in the same place you started.
